It's blueberry season and we're celebrating with a special canning demonstration presented by Marisa McClellan, author of three books on canning and writer behind the website, Food in Jars. Using both traditional canning methods and the Miele Combi-Steam oven, Marisa will make a Blueberry Maple Jam and Spiced Blueberry Chutney. Having taught canning and preserving for nearly a decade, Marisa loves to share her knowledge and experience with new and experienced canners alike.

Please note: This event has a fee of $50.00 per ticket. You will be asked to provide your credit card information on the next screen.

Cancellation Policy
In the event your plans change and you are unable to attend class, please contact the Experience Center. All fees are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations made within 48 hours of class time will not qualify for a refund. Refunds may take 7 - 10 business days to process.

Miele recipes are developed using common ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, dairy products, wheat flours, etc. The foods we prepare during class may have come into contact with common allergens. Before attending class, let us know of any concerns regarding allergies you may have by reaching out to your local Center. We will be happy to provide a list of menu ingredients. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
